１９７３年、岐阜県生まれ。
レイキを学んでいた祖母の影響を受け幼い頃から精神世界へ興味をもつ。
大自然、宇宙からの大きなエネルギーの働きに気づきだした彼女は二十歳の頃か
ら気功健身術、太極拳、元極功を学び次第にヨーガの道への学びを深める。
バリ、ウブドを中心にマデスマントラ師からハタヨーガやヒーリングのテクニッ
クを学びつつ、
現在は名古屋市内の２つのヨーガスタジオ「ENERGY BODY」「VI AURA」
でインストラクター養成講座や一般クラスでのヨーガ指導に努めている。
「ヨーガは愛の魔法」と言う彼女から溢れるバイブレーションはとても純粋で
彼女と共に行うアーサナや瞑想は私達を純粋な愛の世界へと導いてくれるので
